First of all, thanks for this mod, I'm really enjoying it!  It's great to have another paladin NPC.  I'm stuck on Isra's second quest though (possible spoilers below)

A messenger showed and said that Quentin Jysstev had been arrested and that I should go the government district to investigate.

I've been all over the government district and I don't know how to make progress on this quest.  I talked to everyone in the council building (Brega, Bylanna, etc.) but no one has mentioned the arrest.  I've been through the jail, the estates, the temple, and the streets and talked to everyone I found.  The Jysstev butler, Qar and Lady Jysstev all had nothing new to say.

One weird thing I noticed was that Sir Sarles was back in the Jysstev estate building despite the fact that I completed the artistic commission quest for the temple of Helm earlier and he left town in a huff.  Somehow he's back and he wants illithium again.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or if I'm missing something silly.  If it's the latter, can I get a hint as to how to proceed?  Isra variables are below in case it helps.
