ended up finding the crossplatform.tph file in the stratagems folder and copied it over... install went through fine then. not sure if its the same file it wanted or some hilarious bug is about to happen. cant wait to find out.

Unfortunately, BWS doesn't recognize the new version... *sigh*
Well dah... the BWS needs to be updated to account for this, just use the old file or wait for an update.

Having SCS I+II in one mod is worth waiting.
