I think you'll be fine. There is a bit of plot related stuff, but it's generally not tied directly to the progress of the romance. Things are timed, though several won't trigger until after you've first met Balthazar in Amkethran. I don't believe any mods start mucking around that early in ToB, though. Good luck!

Finally found some time to make actual progress in the ToB portion of my game. And the romance did continue: we had some LTs in Saradush, a short conversation after the Masterwraith and one talk after Saradush's destruction. And as you said after reaching Amkethran and meeting Balthazar 3 additional LTs happenend. 
 
The last one of those 3 was about that she wanted to show me her home after the quest is over. She also (kinda) challenged my ranger to a horse riding race. Is that the final LT in ToB? Because I hadn't had another one since. I used EEKeeper to check the variables and "RH#ISRATALKSTOB" is set to 12. 
 
As you probably have guessed from my other posts here on the forum, I am really worried that I will miss out on any of the (superb) romance content. So could you please tell me if I missed something, or if I can relax as I have seen everything there is to see in the romance. I have already killed Sendai and finished Watcher's Keep but still have to kill Abazigal and Balthazar if that is of any importance for the progress of the romance.

I found what I think is the log but it won't let me paste it here. I can paste it into a text doc so know I have it copied. Is there something special I have to do to paste it here?
 
That's strange, I just tried to copy/paste my WeiDU log here on the forum and it worked fine. Are you sure you have the right file? The WeiDU log can be found in you game directory, so if you are playing the EE it is in (for example) "Program Files\Baldur's Gate II Enhanced Edition\Data\00783".

I am in ToB right now and Isra is leveling up without any problems, she is at level 25 at the moment. Do you have any other mods installed that may have caused this? If so, maybe you could post your WeiDU log here so that Rhaella (or someone else who knows anything about modding) might be able to find the cause for this bug. Unfortunately I don't know anything about mods, so I cannot offer you any sort of assistance myself, sorry.

Sorry about the late update on my part, I am currently kinda busy with studying and actually forgot to check this thread for a while.

 

But is seems that everything is working fine with the Isra romance. I am in Chapter 6 and I get the feeling that I haven't missed a single LT. Just got her back yesterday after she was kidnapped by Bodhi and now I have a quest to restore her Paladin status - I am curious how that will turn out  :)

 

 

If you download the Keeper of whichever game you have (SoA, ToB or EE) you can check on which stage you LT is. It's a must have for anything: problem solving, info check or even changing things that normally cannot be changed; my Elven Sorceress uses Crom Faeyr, Staff of Magi and Inquisitor's True Sight and Aerie has 18 CON.

 

I am actually using EEKeeper, but not to give me any kind of advantage. I simply changed Isra's proficiencies from Two-Handed Swords to Bastard Swords, as my Charname in my previous playthrough was already a Carsomyr-wielding Cavalier and it would have been kinda boring to have one of those again. I rarely used Bastard Swords before, so I have really fun using "new" weapons this time around.
