An anonymous user posted the comment:

There are wrong labels on the map. The store is the one named mayor's house which is really the one name Matthew's which in turn is the one labelled store.

Since the commenter was anonymous, I cannot ask them for follow-up. But maybe someone here knows more...

Were those three houses switched in an earlier RoT version?
Or are they maybe switched in Roxanne's edition of the mod?
