I have had the same problems. It's the bags generally, not only of holding. It's playable with one bag of holding and I stay away from potion bags, jewel bags, ammo belts and scroll cases.

Removing the bags and cases have done the trick. But it seems a shame that I won;t be able to use it in my playthrough, Is there a fix to this?
