IWD and AD&D rules

Hi all,
just a few questions about AD&D rules in IWD+HOW:

1. wisdom is important for priest, giving them more spell to cast each day. Is it the same for druids? Do they get additional spells if they have high wisdom?

2. why charisma is so important for druids? Does it give them some special bonues (more spells or other)?

3. where can i find detailed tables about bonuses with high stats, or penalties with low stats? Tables in manual are not very usefull.
