more thieving skills for bards

Hello, i'd like to know if it's possible to give bards more skills. for example open locks and find traps.
i edited skillbrd.2da to this:

2DA V1.0
0
           PICK_POCKETS OPEN_LOCKS FIND_TRAPS
1          10           10         10        
...

but it's not working. what am i missing?
