I'm in the middle of a multiplayer game with my brothers and just started on BGII, all was well in BG (less Kaishas not showing up on Balduran's/Werewolf Isle), anyway, items aren't where they're supposed to be, Balduran's Helm, the sword from the genie, and Mail of the Dead, so far, but one of my brothers also got a random text line for Malaaq's name (my end was fine).

I'm certain I installed things exactly the same on all the PCs.

 Well, unless you made a mirracles happen, you would be better off by first installing all the mods to a computer and then just copy the install directory from one computer to another, rather than with what you did, as the mods actually can randomize stuff.

Do you think overwriting everything with my folder would fix it?

I was able to download this without any trouble, thought I should post since it's flagged as broken on the download page.

I apologize if I should've posted this somewhere else.
