If the triggers are different, then there might not be random actions, considering not all triggers in different blocks will be met.

I am slightly confused as to what you are trying to do here.

Yes, but the actions are depending on 2 different triggers. It's to create casting randomness in a mage script.

if this is what yr trying to do, you should check some of Horred's mage and creature script he wrote for Big Picture: they do precisely this. off the top of my head, the BPSHADOW.BCS includes a fair bit of random number generation. there's a version of this (which is why i can remember it) in the link in my sig, in the BP Nerfs pack on the site the link in the sig leads to.

@shed: The triggers differ only slightly. If they were the same I would use multiple responses, of course. But in this case they only differ in the fact the mage has a nth or n-1th level spell memorized, which usually will boil down to having the same trigger (the chance of having a 1st and 2nd lvl spell at the same time). And besides, even if triggers are totally different, I don't want the player to anticipate what's going to happen.

@seanas:I took a look at bpshadow.baf. Very good script. I noticed you (or hlid) use really odd numbers. I'll stick to percentages like (100,51).

Bottomline is: don't use the same number twice consecutively, or they'll just have an equal chance.
