Due to a significant change in the coding, you need to delete all of the directory {bg2}\refinements\hlab before unzipping v2.1. Unfortunately, due to a small holiday of mine, you'll have to do this manually.
If you already unzipped, delete the offending directory and unzip again.

Finally, there are some situations (or bugs) which force you to reload an earlier save, or edit manually your saves. These include:

• Having a Shapeshifter who chose the Feral Spirit HLA.
  
• Having a Sword Angel.
  
• Having a Ranger who used Endurance.
  
• Playing with the Universal Weapons part of Ashes of Embers, if you want to keep Imoen in the party in Spellhold, and you already started your game.

I will post the list of known bugs here for reference:

• The defender of Eastheven's description is wrong. It actually deals 1d6+4 damage, with a +3 to the thac0.
