Yeah, I wondered about this Adrenaline rush thingy too.
When I played the Imoen Romance storyline, the bracelet she gets is correct to begin with but as soon as she equips it, its name changes to something weird and the item description to Adrenaline rush.

Maybe an incompatibility there?
