Installed BGT and started out playing, so far so good until l reach south of high hedge or south-west of beregost. Main quest is to kill the the dark cleric bassilus but the game crashes 100% of all times however l try to reach there, map Area 3700. The game autosaves and crashes during loading. The thing is that there is not such a map in my baldurs gate/data directory (Area3700.bif). Dunno if it happened during the mod install or from the install cd's.

Any ideas how to find it? Damn it, it was so fun to play old BG1 with the BG2 engine.

I had the same problem, but with another location (south of Beregost)

I tried to get there by the console... and It worked

try:
CLUAConsole:MoveToArea("AR9600")


btw... ther won't be 3700 because locations in bgt have different numbers

Edit: Tried that and it seems like a have 2 options here. Either full-reinstall or skip the area3700, l choose the later

Again, did installation ask for a CD? If so, did you press 'Cancel' to all ~1000 of them?
Did anything crash during installation? Any exception errors?

If an area fails to load, it is usually due to one of the above.
