i do as instruction says but if i load xppather the error pops up COMDLG32.OCX or one of it's dependencies not correctly registered a file is missing or invalid.

You are missing some Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 files. I assume you are not running Windows XP? They come preinstalled in the environment. You will need a runtime set of files for VB. There is package around here somewhere that has the files in a download. I'll see if I can find the link.

I am actually running on windows xp well i think i can only play from 7th lev unles i wish to dualclass human...
In glory of ishtar you start from 1st lv without xp patcher. Mayby this could be done like in this mod in one of further versions of CA.

I don't know what to tell you then. I have installed this on several computers with XP and never needed the additional files. Maybe the files are in Service Pack 2? Don't know.
Yes, BGT-Weidu also has a way to change the starting XP amount. I plan to use that method for future versions instead of the patcher.
