BGT-WeiDU is partially compatible with:
- Updated! Ascension 1.42.1 or above

• Needs to be installed before BGT-WeiDU if 'Tougher Illasera' component is used, since AR4000.BCS is replaced, resulting in all the BG1 dream cutscenes occurring at rest in a Throne of Bhaal game

Argh... This is going to be a common mistake.

Is there a way to do a manual fix? Like finding the AR4000.BCS file somewhere in the BGT directory and copy it where it is supposed to go. If it's possible could you tell me precisely what to do?

And if there's a conflict, the 'Tougher Illasera' will work even if that file is changed?

If you know how to edit scripts, decompile AR4000.BCS, then change right near the very top of the script:

SetGlobal("TurnDay","AR4000",1)

to:

SetGlobal("TurnDay","AR4000",1)
SetGlobal("ENDOFBG1","GLOBAL",2)

Then finally recompile AR4000.BCS and throw in your override directory.
