I think that's how it's spelled anyway, Pelltar told me to find him at the end of part 2 but I can't find him in order to confront him, where is he?

ok, I found qualton but for some reason I don't have the piece of paper proving that he hired the assassins, I think pelltar took it when I showed it to him so I can't get him to admit to it. I don't have any way to cast restoration at the moment so I can't do it that way so I killed him without talking to him and then I went back to pelltar who refused to talk to me, did I do bad?

Yes. Qualton needs a bit of work. I'll need to fix Pelltar so he doesn't take the note if you haven't confronted Qualton yet.

Qualton is at the Temple area (inside the temple, there's a small, kinda, hard-to-find entrance on the top-left wall, just run your mouse along it, you should find it )
