List of changes:

  • Fixed SPIN115.SPL file (Tiax's "Summon Ghoul" spell)
  • Fixed a bug where the Xzar and Montaron component would not install in versions 15.2-15.3.
  • Added additional music tracks to the Shar-Teel romance
  • Improved Shar-Teel's alternate portrait a bit more
  • Reduced the number of sound phrases for Kagain

List of changes:

  • Added one new phrase to the romance with Shar-Teel
  • Added and fixed checks for already installed Lava’s «Faldorn BG2EE» mod, Lava’s «The Return of Xzar and Montaron» mod and Kulyok’s «Tiax in BG2» mod. If this is found by the installer, the components "Faldorn", «Xzar&Monty» and "Tiax&Quayle" will not be installed to avoid conflicts

For what it's worth, I recently played about with both Faldorn versions installed and it was... fine? Your Faldorn requires siding against Trademeet, whereas Lava's requires killing Faldorn to save Trademeet, and her being resurrected later. So they don't meet or overlap. Unless I didn't play deep enough into their respective content.

Thank you! In the last update I added a check that will no longer allow two different versions of Faldorn to be installed at the same time. But our mod must be installed AFTER the Lava mod (and after all other mods on these NPCs) for this to work.
If the Lava's Faldorn mod is installed after ours, then yes, there will be two "versions" of Faldorn in the game. 
 
Our version of Faldorn can be recruited by any way of solving the Trademeet problem - both by the "evil" solution, in which you help her in the blockade of the city, and by the standard "good" solution (in this case, after killing Faldorn, you will meet her later in the Ruined Temple area). And in the second case, if you have both versions of Faldorn installed and the party already has Lava's Faldorn, you will encounter her double, so there is also a technical incompatibility between the mods. Therefore, I do not recommend installing this together.

Ah ok thanks, hadn't encountered your Faldorn there.

Can you still install Gnomes in the City if Lava's Quayle is present in the latest version? I like the extra Circus content.

She should be in the southwest corner of this area.

 

 

Can you still install Gnomes in the City if Lava's Quayle is present in the latest version? I like the extra Circus content.

In the previous update I did the check for "parallel" mods for Quayle and Tiax a little incorrectly, and in the next update I will return it to how it was before - this will allow you to install the component partially if one of these NPCs is found during installation (and not block the entire component). So, if you want to get Tiax and the circus component at the same time as Lava's Quayle from Lava, then install the previous version of our mod.

When Branwen joins she has some potions ttpot.itm that have glitched dialogue as text.

I can't even figure out where they came from because the file appears only in override folder.

Installation errors:

Both the Xzar/Montaron and Quayle/Tiax components failed to install; my installation actually spontaneously aborted with the Xzar component!

 

Debug files attached. 

 

Actually, looks like I had an old version (15.2), so the Xzar/Monty item may already be fixed.

Hello! Yes, this bug was previously fixed, starting with version 15.4. The current version is 15.4.3.

List of changes:

  • Added Chinese translation by MephistoSatanDevil
  • The Russian translation has been slightly improved
  • Fixed bugs in the romance with Shar-Teel
  • Completing the Troll Chef quest in the Water Gardens will now award experience. Additionally, the journal entry for this quest has been made more detailed.
  • Merchant Amber in Water Gardens will no longer sell infinitely rare scrolls, which was unbalancing the game.
  • The merchant Rosco («Kagain» component) will no longer infinitely sell the "Squirrel Change" scroll.
  • The Spider Master (a tournament fighter, the "Shar-Teel" component) now has his equipment corrected (adamantine items have been replaced with regular ones, since adamantine items could not be used outside of the Underdark)
  • Tanna's cre-file at the Copper Coronet Fighting Pits (component "Shar-Teel") has been adjusted to improve game balance. Killing her will no longer award excessive experience, and the rare Varscona Blade can no longer be stolen from her.
  • The parameters of the new item from the Shar-Teel romance have been corrected (previously it was impossible to equip it)
  • The method for installing translation files has been changed (all files must now be in UTF-8 encoding)
