Hi. English is not my native language; please excuse typing errors.
My computer freezes during BGT v.1.15 installation. I never played Baldur's Gate before. I wanted to play BG1 on BG2 engine so I tried to instal BGT acording to instruction I found on the internet. Here's what I did (I installed everything in polish):

1. Installed BG1 + addon (1.3.5512)
2. Using kpzbg1.exe I made back up and converted Dialog.tlk and DialogF.tlk in BG1 folder.
3. Installed BG2 + addon + patch v26498
4. Installed BG2 fixpack v9 (only core fixes)

I run each game once. Everything was OK. Then I tried to install BGT. I have windows XP. I had no CD/virtual image in CD drive. Antivirus was disabled. I chose to bif files. 3 minutes after I started installation my monitor went black, there was no signal comming(that's unusual). I waited a while. Computer didn't respond to any keys I pressed so I used reset button. Installation didn't work and there was a lot of files left in BG2 folder. I got warnings at the end of the tis2bg2.log file.

I tried to install it 3 times. Every time it was the same. I don't know what's the problem. Please help me.

Not sure exactly what happened, but it looked like the installation was working fine. I don't have a reason while the tileset conversion would stop after converting most of the tiles already. The warnings are irrelevant. You may have had a BSOD or a hardware problem. At any rate, I don't think this is an installation issue.

Thank you. I'll try to install it on another computer and see if it works.

I think your guest id says it all, I'm 'Frazzl'ed because I can't explain it.
I assume there is enough space on your drive?
