Tell NPCS to go to Inns

I used to be able to tell NPCS to go to an inn on my old install, however I recently updated to the newest version of BWS and now I can't tell anybody to go to an Inn. I already tried reinstalling Sword Coast Strategies' Better NPC Management and that didn't do it, what is the mod which allows me to tell NPCs to go to an Inn (My old options were Friendly Arm, Jovial Juggler, I think Nashkel as well after I visit there, etc.)
