Overview
Born2BSalty's Infinity Orchestrator (BIO) is an automated mod installer that can install entire mod setups from 0 to 100% with a single click. It is also a powerful modlist builder that helps you build huge megamod setups for yourself or to share with others.
It's basically Wabbajack for IE games, and it's available now.
Release Notes
1.0.3-beta (forgot to post for 1.0.2 beta, so combined list below)
- Big QOL improvement for installing by importing WeiDU.log(s):
- When you select log file(s) to import, BIO checks the file automatically and tells you if any mods or components can't be selected (e.g. missing mods)
- You can choose if you want to automatically check known sources for any missing mods.
- If you say yes, BIO will look for just those missing mods and only tick components from whatever it fetches. It will leave other mods untouched.
- Even if you leave the modlist or close BIO and resume the creation later, BIO now remembers which logs you had imported for the list.
- Mod Versions popover has a “Missing from logs” filter, plus “Forget imported logs” button if you want to stop seeing that.
- Bug fixes:
- Safety:
- Old settings from earlier BIO versions can no longer decide where BIO writes or deletes.
- Deleting a list, Reinstall and “Clear contents” send folders to the Recycle Bin.
- An install never writes into the source game folder.
- “Review and modify” no longer gets stuck on “Checking cache”.
- Step 2 shows the PROMPT pill on components that read their questions through a computed include path.
- "Jump To Related" on the Compatibility issue popup works for missing dependencies from BIO’s built-in rules.
- Step 3 - Any components for which you added prompt answers will keep their correct place even if you go back to step 2 and change some selections.
- Safety:
- Other QOL:
- Your name is asked only when you Share (so no more nag when creating a list)
- “Open install folder” is now “Open game folder”, and it goes to wherever the game exe (or InfinityLoader.exe) lives.
- Mod specific:
- Brage’s Redemption is fixed on EET and BGEE, and now downloads from GitHub.
- Garrick: Tales of the Troubadour has a proper source config + requirement rules for its dependencies
- ZSTweaks: shared modlists containing ZSTweaks now carry the author's changes to
zstweaks_prefs.txtandzstweaks_prefixes.txtconfig files. - Artisan's Warlock downloads and extracts correctly whether you're using the old version (C0Warlock) or the new (Artisans_Warlock)
