This was touched on once before, but with no definitive answer. I'm trying to get a tweak pack to work on the Mac platform, but using either of these in the tp2
results in the error
Is there any way to work around this?

The command works fine. To install CDTweaks on the Mac, you need to change the path delimeters from "\" to "/" - unfortunately you accidentally unescape the expressions in all the copy commands if you do a global find/replace (producing the error you posted).

I have absolutely no idea if this will work but try:
COPY_EXISTING_REGEXP GLOB ~".*\.itm"~ ~override~or possibly:
COPY_EXISTING_REGEXP GLOB ~".*/.itm"~ ~override~I think Macs may need the double quote to interpret the regexp correctly. However, I don't have a Mac so you'll probably get a parse error.

I was able to successfully install the CDTweaks v0.9.1 beta by changing all of the delimiters from backslash "\" to "/" and then manually re-escaping the expressions in all of the REGEXP commands.Tried changed the delimiters from \ to / and we're still getting the same error.
For instance, you'll want your paths to look like ~CDTweaks/backup~ or ~CDTweaks/english/setup.tra~ and so on. You have to go back through all the REGEXP expressions and make sure they're still escaped, however (usually, they'll be something like ~.*/.itm~ and will need to be changed to ~.*\.itm~ to work). There should be no need to quote anything (beyond the normal ~expression~).
In BBEdit you can simply search for "\" and replace with "/" (28 changes), then search for "~.*/.(\w{3})~" and replace with "~.*\\.\1~" (5 changes). And that should give you a working Mac Tp2 (Mac OS X 10.3.2, WeiDU 150).

The only thing that needs to be changed is the path delimiters. But, when you go to change the path delimiters, most people end up changing the expressions, as well. So their Tp2 will be something like:
COPY_EXISTING_REGEXP GLOB ~.*/.itm~ ~override~
On all platforms, even Mac OS X, this needs to be ~.*\.itm~ (AFAIK, the expression should never change, regardless of the platform).
If the delimiters are left as DOS-style backslashes ("\"), WeiDU just dumps a file not found error with the first filesystem command (usually BACKUP). If the expressions aren't escaped, however (i.e., they contain a forward slash ("/") where there should be a backslash ("\")), then you get the error CamDawg posted.

That's what I did, and we still received the error. All of the file paths are using "/" and the C_E_Rs are using ~.*\.itm~ and ~.*\.cre~. He can install the two components that don't use C_E_R.
The only difference I can see is that he's using WeiDU 148 on OSX 10.3.

Alright, I think we finally have this sorted. What I didn't realize is that he was using some type of WeiDU front-end mod organizer program for Mac instead of invoking Mac WeiDU directly. The front-end program apparently changes all "\" to "/" in the tp2, including the ones inside regular expressions. Not a WeiDU issue, but an issue with the front-end program.
