Slayer change

I've had some problems with the romance. Problem one: after the first slayer change Edwin doesn't start love talk at all. He says is regular Bioware lines. Problem two: second spontaneous slayer change doens't happen at all. I think it should happen when you rest after the first slayer change. And because there is no 2nd change I don't get the ability to change into slayer at will. Has anyone else noticed the same?

NWN II in comparison to NWN/BGII?

This may be a bit off topic, but what I'd like to ask is that is NWN2 better than NWN1 or anywhere near BG2? I haven't played NWN2 but a bit from the beginning. NWN1 was really a disappointment after BG2 and I had my hopes up for NWN2. So what say you?
