By saying re-install I meant uninstall and then install 
In meantime I've found a solution. You have to replace bgmain.exe after fresh installation with patches, but before aplaying ANY mods. And i think it should work fine ( worked for me, but I don't know if i changed anything else )
If this won't work then 2nd solution is to: uninstall gui, patch with xppatcher from jarno, then make a team, back it ip, install gui import team and play.
