well i thought more about it and i do remeber patching bgI before adding bgII and the weidu stuff is there any way to simply add the item to inventory like with a script or the old cheat keys add item trick and if not will i need to replay the whole game or will i be able to export characters and gamesaves and bring them back after reinstall?
Did you patch the game to v(1.3.)5122? Cause in my unpatched game, I had the exact problem.
i'm using big picture with Baldur's Gate II - ToB - Patch_26498_ENGLISH.exe i did not pat bg I before installing the bg II stuff can i go back and do it now? w/o complete reinstall?
