Hi there. Ever since BGT existed I do an install about every 2 years. There just isn't an other party based RPG like this around so I keep comming back to it
And for the past years I have been pretty fortunate to get through the game(s) without to much problems.
This time around I ran out of luck About 3 weeks ago I wanted to do a new install and saw the install tool here. Great work on that one by the way. Finaly I don't have to spent a full week manually tracking all the files I want all over the net
So the problem. Like you no doubt have guessed...I can't get to BG2 after the BG1 part :'(

I defeated Sarevok. Went back to the palace and get the dialog about sending me to Amn. I click 'ok I'm ready' or something like that. I see in the textbar a large number of 'item has been removed from inventory' pass by. Then the screen load. I get a black screen. The a few second later (when I suppose an ingame cinematic is supposed to fade in) the screen gets darker and stays like that for ever and ever.

I thought I might try to clua console cheat myself to the area where I'm supposed to get teleported but I can't find which one that's supposed to be. Or even if that would work, seeing as there are no doubt scripts that have to fire between the BG1 and BG2 transition.

Euh...any thoughts?
