Problems with Vindicator kit

Has anyone played the Vindicator? If so, were you able to create the Death Reaper blade at Level 14?

My poor Vindicator seems to have the Drain/Energy immunity, but alas... when he reached level 14, no new icons, swords or abilities showed up.

Any ideas?

The TeamBG site and forum seems to be done (for some time); I could only find mirrors.

Where does one go to get help/advice/whatever on TDD issues? Are there any active posters who were involved with the TDD development?

TDD Kit question (Vindicator)

Not sure if this is correct forum; I couldn't find an active forum for TDD. But as I have installed TBP, then perhaps this is OK.

At any rate, I've spent a few hours developing my 'Vindicator' but sadly, when he gets to Level 14, I cannot seem to find a way for him to create his 'Death Reaper' blade.

Pilot error?
Bug?
Conflict? (I have very few other mods installed; basically only G3 Tweaks, Redemption & World Map).

Question on patches to core components

((entire post re-edited as most of my problems are from incorrect order of mod installs, leaving only one question))

Core components used:

-Shadows over Soubar v1.10
-The Darkest Day v1.10
-Tortured Souls vBPv6.04.02
-The Big Picture v177 (all components)

I didn't add any patches to these core components as the patch dates all preceded the main component.

Please indicate if any of the above components need (or have) a patch.
