Lighthouse

I'm new to the forum, and despite my skill with Google and search, I'm unfortunately not finding any information regarding my issue and I was hoping perhaps someone could shed some light for me.

I did a fairly light install (compared to what's out there) consisting of the Big Picture mod and the updated version of all it's required material, along with CtB - that's it, as far as I know.  So far, the entire package rolls smoothly, with the exception of one problem -

All the new quests that supposedly update the world map, don't.  For instance, buying the deed for your own house (30k, ouch), or running into the strange lil' dude who drops a scroll that 'points' in the direction to a kickin' new town, none of them show up on the world map.

All the regular towns and dungeons that come with the game of course work, however, after blowing my wad on a brand new pad I was hoping to check it out.  Can you guys help?
