Does this: http://iegmc.shphock...161G_Manual.pdf still apply with all the new versions?

Obviously almost every single major mod that goes with Big picture has changed since then including:

TDD: No longer a 1.0.3 to 1.0.3a patch? Isn't on the TDD site at least.
SOS: now 1.13 version
TS: Now a BP compatible version instead of the 5.0 and 4 associated patches

etc etc.

I ask because I keep getting an error when installing BP (paraphrasing): Cannot find character association [Long_bow], a parsing error for almost every major BAF file.

I've tried reinstalling the whole kibbutle several times with the same result.

Talos priest Nallabir is bugged out on the unseeing eye quest, and wont continue it past the first scene where you are listening to the prophet when you first come to the temple district, saying "has nothing to say to you".

The head priest also says 'talos needs nothing of you etc etc'. Tried reentering the district for the first time several different times during my playthrough (solo monk, so fun!) and no dice.

Reinstalled once just to make sure it wasn't a conflict, again no dice.

At this point I'm just looking for a CULA command to move the quest forward, but any help would be appreciated.
