Problem with Peltar and Welcar

I`ve done all the first quests and when I talked to Peltar for going back to the tempel I got the 2 new quests.

Now I got some problems:

The 2nd wave of the bandits doesnīt show up.

When I try to talk to Welcar he just says donīt steal anything.

When I try o Peltar it says Peltar has nothing to say to you.

Is it a bug or have I missed something??

Problem with Lysan the barmaid

When I try to talk to Lysan the barmaid, it keeps saying Lysan - has nothing to say. You have to talk to her to get a mission to complete the Vale. She is just standing in a corner in the tavern and wonīt move. Any suggestions??

I tried to create another Lysan by cheating but the same thing happens there.

My installation is BP-BGT-NJ and the last time I played there was no problem at all, I talked to her and got the mission.
