I had the same problem, but with another location (south of Beregost)

I tried to get there by the console... and It worked

try:
CLUAConsole:MoveToArea("AR9600")


btw... ther won't be 3700 because locations in bgt have different numbers :)

Edit: Tried that and it seems like a have 2 options here. Either full-reinstall or skip the area3700, l choose the later
