I made a new Install without extra patches for BG2 or ToB and it worked.
It seems that BG2 & ToB in this Compilation are already patched.
Only Patch needed is the patch for BG1 ToTSC on the ToTSC CD.
All works well, Problem solved.

This new Compilation hit the stores in Germay last Friday and includes BG1 (on DVD) and Addon ToTSC (on CD), BG2 (on DVD) and Addon ToB (on CD). The Patch für BG1 is included as separate Patch-File on the CD for ToTSC.

Tomorrow i will uninstall the whole stuff and make an new install with only the ToTSC-Patch and the Textpatch [Final-Version A] from MK.

Whow can i check the installed Version of ToB?
The readme shown at the installation is not that from 26498 (Number something with 25xxx).
