I've got BGT-Wediu 1.4, BGT-Tweaks, and BGT-NPC as the only mods added. I finished BG1, the transition cut scene to BG2 works. When the opening cut scene in Jon I's dungeon, there's my PC, Jaheira, and Minsc standing in our cells. Jon I doesn't appear, No Golem, No Shadow thievs, No Immy, no sound but background music. Though about 5-10 seconds into the cut scene my PC does recieve some damage, like he would if Jon I was there doing his little "see what you are made of" experiments. Giving it time to let the cut scene run it's course doesn't do anything, I've let my PC stand around for about 10 minutes with his finger in his ear, contimplating his navel and studying the ephrix. Nothing No Jon I no getting out of the cell. Any sugestions?

I'm new to BGT what I've seen so far is great, I've got BG1NPC loaded and found DsotSC and NTotSC and decided to try them. I haven't installed then yet, I was reading the read me files first and notice I need to get worldmap, the read me provides the address to get it. But when I copied and pasted in my browser I get page not found. I looked around and found bp-bgt worldmap v 6.4 is that the same one I need? or is the Yacomo map memtioned in the read me differant?

I'm having trouble installing BG1 NPC, the read me says this is the spot to seek answers.
BGT weidu is loaded and runs so far, so I go to install BG1 NPC (located in BG2 folder). It tells me ERROR: Failure("This mod should be installed in your BG2, Tutu, EasyTutu, or BGT folder, after Tutu/BGT conversion.") Well I got it in the BG2 folder after BGT conversion. So being the smart fellar I are I copy every thing into my BGT folder, Then I get Failure cause there's no dialog.tlk. Well of course dialog.tlk is in my BG2 folder, so I says to myself, self maybe since you winrar'd BG2 NPC to BG2 folder that buggar'd it up. I then use the self extracting BG2 NPC it directs me to install in the BGT folder, which I do. It tells me there is no dialog.tlk in BGT, agian
BGT read me doesn't say I have to put the dialog.tlk in the BGT folder will doing that solve the problem, or buggar it up?
