Deleting the "INCLUDE ~GhostDog's-PST-UI/TPH/journalpics_loadingbar_fix.tph~" lines didn't resolve the issue, which means these entrails are probably different from space midgit's. Looks like it doesn't like my Torment.exe.
No, wait. I tell a lie, maybe. I told windows to run the UI installer as an administrator, and it still didn't work, but I ran it again to get an in situ look at the error message, and... it worked.
Magic, I guess.
