We're not-it's not so much a PbP campaign as it is for the staff to relax and play without being "staff". Sort of like a break room at a store, only we're DnD geeks, so we improvise. :)

And if all the existing PbP campaigns are full, see if there's any interest in starting a new one. No limit to max number of PbP campaigns going on at any given time. :)

Im not sure if I understand........ frist you say youre not elitist, and then say its for the staff? To me, if its only for the staff and no one else is allowed in, then thats being elitist.... :( :( :(

If its not only for the staff, I wonder if "Candlekeeep company" is full? It sounds like a fun game and if its not full and you arent elitist as you say, I see no reason why I cant join!!!! :D :D

As I said, it's more a private thing for staff to unwind and play without needing to be "staff". However, if you're interested in doing a PbP campaign, I would recommend you head down to Delusions and start a topic to see if anyone's interested in either taking on a new party member or possibly starting a new PbP.

Oh, okay!! :) :)

So, in other words, its a hidden play by post campagin limited to an exclussive group of people, as opposed to the other play by post campiagns who seem to be limited to a maximum number of people?? The latter sounds okay to me since it still means that everyone has a chance to particippate if they want (they can still apply), but the former sounds abit "elitist" to me, if thats the right word?? -_- -_- A bit dissapointed, I didnt think SHS was that kind of community....... :( :( :(

The Candlekeep Company is a PbP campaign several members of the staff play when we want to unwind and let our hair down, so to speak. Ilmatar just seems to be taking inspiration from it and the characters for drawing in her spare time.

Oh, okay!! :D :D Sounds like fun!! How can I join?? :) :) Do I need a code???? :o :o

I wonder a bit why its not listed in the playbypost forum... is it here on SHS or somewhere esle?

I believe that one can join to the games when one gets the proper code, and as for getting the code, that's the tricky part, but as you have joined the SHS, the first requirements is already met, as you have a Spellhold Studios account. Then of course then you'll need to get the password from Bluenose, as he is the one that Moderates the thing or from Berelinde if the Whisper Company is still alive. The best bet is to PM them, but remember, you might be turned down as the games have gone on for a while now and there probably is already too many players on them.

PS, as I said, these are just my opinions and I might be wrong as I don't play those games. So please if somebody else, preferably one that plays those games know better, just go a head and correct my assumptions, thanks!

Thank you so much for your response!! :D It makes sense that you need a code, but how do you get that??  Is Whisper Copmany the one with Fentor and Annie and the others (Shyearn and Tanek, I think it was)?? If so, OH NOES!!!!! :crying: :crying: :crying: I realy want to join that one because the pictures here are just so wonderful!!!

Hmmmmmmmmm... When I was searching for those names and found this! :o :o Seems there is something called "Candlekeep company" which has at least Shyaern in it...... the plot thickens, hihi!! :) :) I also found it referenced here... I dont see it in the play by post forum, so I dont know where it is, though!! How can I get the code for "candlekeep Company" because it seems like soooooooooo much fun?????!!!! :D :D :D
