missing a "her", as well as that "of" should be replaced by another construction IMHO.

For the next reply: Just don't forget she's still got a deep wound in her leg and is probably bleeding like hell. She probably "forgot" about it due to all the things around her, but it should provide an unpleasant surprise for when she tries walking away.
