I noticed a thread from August about a v2 beta and I'm assuming that's sort of stalled, as often happens, but is 1.1.0 the latest version of Hubelpot?
It's also nice that I'm finally able to download this mod.

Yes, beta 2 is stalled for now, and I have no idea when it'll be out.
Currently, there are no 1.1.0, only the 1.0 beta. It's awfully buggy, so I'd recommend you to download this instead. It's a bugfixed (unofficial) version of Hubelpot. I can't promise it won't contain bugs, but I've fixed the most obvious ones (took me about 20 minutes, and not tested by me).
When beta 2 comes out, I'll make sure that *that* version will contain a dramatically decreased amount of bugs as well as new contents.

In that case the download links thread seems a bit out of date or... or it's from the future or something, because I downloaded Hubelpot-v1-1.0beta.exe from BobTokyo's mirror, and I think I saw it at some of the other ones.
