What are the exact intelligence and charisma requirements needed to romance Chloe? Are those two skills the only ones that matter?

I always hate it when I can't seem to find the stat requirements easily, so I downloaded the mod to help you out.
From examining her script, I can see that she has 2 stat requirements. You need a charisma of 10 or better and an intelligence of 9 or better. You must also be female and human, elvish, or half-elvish.
And there is an additional requirement besides. In order to start the romance, it looks like you have to complete her friendship track and have attracted her interest. So she'll start talking to the PC as a friend, and if the PC answers enough of the questions in a manner that pleases her, Chloe will show interest after that.
