Actually I could see Johnny Depp doing pretty well in Saemon's role. After all, being a traitor and one of the most annoying characters is the series, doesn't mean he can't be a charmer.

Menelanna, NO!! Please! I'll do anything, but.. PLEASE.. keep Orlando Bloom away from Xan. To see him ruin ONE elf was more than enough, he doesn't have to go and butcher my favourite character in all books/games/movies/whatever with a proverbial sledgehammer as well!

Although honestly, I've got a hard time picturing anyone as Xan.

Johnny Depp for Saemon would be awesome, though, and then Hugo Weaving for Haer'Dalis. Fits better voice-wise, too.

Hmm.. I wonder who would play Salvanas? My vote goes for Freddie Prince Jr.

Oh gods, not Orlando. Have mercy on my soul! I don't even care about Xan that much, but just knowing Orlando is in there would be enough to make me commit suicide.

It was Peter Jackson's directing that ruined Legolas. And Faramir (don't even get me started on that). But I felt Orlando himself did quite well. But I do believe is a better pirate than an elf.

besides I was jokeing. Orlando would not suit Xan in the least. Not gloomy doom enough.

Any movie or series based on the games would pretty much have to focus around six people, including the PC.

I've only seen him starring BS Galactica as Gaius Baltar, and in that he seems to be good (although I don't like the character )

Personally I'd love to have Whoopi playing Dynaheir, but I think Dyn would loose a major bit of her coolness.

Keldorn - I'd say Tom Selleck if I thought he could pull off an English accent (or at least ye olde Fantasy speake); you really need someone with stature

Saemon Havarian - I don't know, it's a shame Bert Convy is dead
