One of our dedicated Oblivion Staff members, Hector the Hooded, has decided to step down from his Staff position. He has had health issues for a while now, and it is with heavy hearts that we bid him farewell from the Staff body.

He has said, however, that he may return in future in a Staff capacity, and that he is definitely not leaving forever.

And he's still going to be around!

Hector, I wish you the very best in your future endeavors, and hope things start to get better soon. :cheers:

I'll miss you, and thanks for the encouragement you gave me when we first moved here from the official forums, somehow along the way I went from a novice screenshooter to a modder, and recently I made my first new mesh. If it weren't for your encouragement, that might never have happened. :cheers:

I tip my hat to you friend. Though you leave for health, I hope and pray that you will return someday. Your personality, individual characters and stories were quite an addition here, and they will be missed. After all, no one can fill or mantle the void that you fill. Take care, and here's hoping you do eventually return.
