bug with aran/seida

I'm stuck on the point where Aran is supposed to bring me to Seida. I think I collected most of the evidence this far, and also completed the casepart with the poisoning of the village, but if I want to go meet Seida (Aran asks if I'm ready to leave) the loading screen appears and the game shuts down with some error about Area000c.bif. I don't know what that means, because besides I never had any problems in BGII with or without mods, but everytime I reload and try to meet Seida the game breaks down.
Apart from that, thanks a lot for this mod, there are some points in the game where I didn't have a clue what to do but I think it's better like this than having no obstacles during the case

It should be fixed in the latest version I put up about a month or so ago.

If the error still persists for you, before you talk to Aran Linvail, use CLUAConsole:MoveToArea("AR0042") on any of your party members except Player1, Kova and Kiyone. It should work fine from there.

Can I upgrade to v1.35 with my current installation, or do I need to uninstall my current version (1.30) for the update?

If the error still persists for you, before you talk to Aran Linvail, use CLUAConsole:MoveToArea("AR0042") on any of your party members except Player1, Kova and Kiyone. It should work fine from there.

It worked with that MoveArea cheat, thanks a lot. I finally finished the game now, but there are still some bugs with the wedding, if you still care
I often reloaded because sometimes during the revival-banter Kiyone's "eventually" (when he asks to marry her and she says she first has to ask him something) didn't come to an end
But after a few times of reloading it worked out. The real problem came after the wedding, when I had the choice if I wanted to look what they were doing after the ceremony. No matter what I did, I either was in the ceremonial room with my party and Demin, nobody said anything if I tried to talk to them and I had no possibility to get to the stoneheads (TOB). Another time I was in a room with Kiyone and Kova, but they seemed to be clones because when I clicked on Kova the map switched to another house in Suldanessalar where he was alone with Kiyone. And even more, there were another Kiyone and Kova with the rest of my party in Rilifanes temple So eventually I had to load my save-game manually into TOB, because Ellesime couldn't send me to the stoneheads like she uses to usually.
but still, thanks for a interesting mod, I enjoyed playing it

Okay, I used CLUAConsole:MoveToArea("AR0042") and all it did was take my group to a small area where I got to fight some trolls and bandits...
When I move out of the area, I'm on the map above The Docks with nothing special on the map. Frustrating! I have version 1.35 installed.

Okay... Tried CLUAConsole:MoveToArea("AR0042") again and after killing trolls, etc. moved off map and was above Docks again. Moved to Waukeen then right back to docks. Went to see Aran and then this time he was able to take me to see Seida. K & K were left behind, so used CLUAConsole:MoveToArea("Z#0041") on them to have them join me for confrontation with Seida et al. Everything progressed okay from there to trial and freeing Kova. Game progressing to conclusion.

first of all, i wanted to congratulate you for creating this really good mod: it seems to be the one of the few with some depth and character development, and i really enjoyed it so far [:
that said, i'm having a different though related problem playing the mod: i've collected all the clues, and finished the witness part correctly, i've killed bodhi (if that helps somehow) and i'm stuck right now: Aran asks me if i'm ready to go or wish to wait a bit, but he asks to take me to Spellhold AGAIN, which is obviously wrong
is there some way to fix/bypass this? i'd like to get to the trial part so i can go around without getting ambushed by hordes of assassins =]

You've experienced about 1/3 of the mod content The trial can only come after completing Spellhold.
BTL's main content is after you return to Athkatla, there's a lot more to do after that since people usually just rush through content after Spellhold.
Hope this helps.
Edit : I think I misinterpreted. If you've cleared the Witness part you're largely done. Ensure that Bodhi is dead and Aran should initiate a long dialogue about bringing you to Seida, at the end of which you can decide whether or not to go to him, or to take some time to get prepared.

I've tried both codes, and they caused Arledrian to appear again, telling me to let him live in exchange of some information. He said then that maybe Seida has other reasons to want Kova dead, and then implied that Kova might know something Aran and Renal don't know, which is the infiltration of the Cowls inside the STs.
So I headed back to Aran's, but he still offered me to go to Spellhold =D
I went to see Gaelan and he died, so I didn't save the game, just in case.
