There seems to be an existing and continuing issue with getting the cutscene to fire in Pelltars study/castle abode if you have the note that references the Glorious Hand. You need that global that is set by it to be able to talk to Ravella to find Bomarc. I'll look at a different way to get that to trigger on my next play through.


Anyway, in my previous installs and games i never had such problem (may be it's just worth to revert his dialogue/triggers/actions for that matter to the old version, of course if u haven't added something to that dialogue),

Nothing has been changed about this. It's a recurring intermittant bug. As for the issue with killing the Red Wizards before the Vestibule quest kicks off for the Vault, I'll see what can be done to change the quest to make it work still.

It takes a village...

BG1 NPC Project bug: Jaheira's Quest still have issues.

Variables are wrongly set to trigger both dialogue and "fight" with Andarthe. I've sent a PM about that to cmorgan,

In my play, i was unable to kick off Vestiblue Quest at that chapter. It only worked for me after i kill Sarevok. So, i CLUAed Denak.

Well I've seen these issues too. If it helps - make sure the two guys in the vestibule do not get killed or else the main priest will not continue the quest with his dialogue. Had to replay that one a few times. Also had to clua the red wizards back in for that scene to work. Now I know not to kill them first before quest starts. <_<

The Stone of Askavar - You can start it early in the game but have to wait to get to the Blushing Mermaid to continue it. Thing is you might be pretty strong by that point in the game which makes it a little easy. You can skip stuff and go straight to BG after the mines if you want more of a challenge.
