Don't worry about them. It just means some files could not be found for BIFFing. Since I put the list of files there manually, and the list of files is based on a vanilla BGT installation, a mega-mod installation will cause BGT to patch less files (compatibility - since some files are already patched by other mods) and therefore won't be found in the override. There shouldn't be any gameplay issues arising from this. Hopefully, that makes sense.
