Issue in spellhold

i got the wardstone and entered spellhold but ther are no npc's inside

i tried jumping to where irenicus spawns and knocks u out no luck

i then spawned the coordinator and his script started irenicus spawned the dialogue went thru and then it went to a cutscene as if it was about to go into the dream sequence but it just sits ther and nothing progresses

is ther a way i can just kick start the dream sequence and just carry on from ther?

If you entered by the front door you have to wander around to find Imoen and the others in the cells. After talking to Imoen you have to wait a while for the coordinator to show up and then wait for Irenicus. You might want to stash your stuff in the table because it might be swiped from you.

If you took the pirate route and got committed, the coordinator lets you walk around. Talk to everyone and then Imoen, then the coordinator, then wait a while for Irenicus to show up.

Depending on what you picked, something might have misfired if no npcs are in the cells. Try an older save and then check out both ways mentioned.

i entered in the front door no npc's at all i tried the pirate way and did all combinations of dialogue from him and every time he just left the room

only way i can get nething going is to CLUA in the coordinator then he goes thru his little talk Irenicus appears at the end knocks me out and it begins to goto the cut scene then just hangs

i reloaded a save before the boat trip thinking maybe it borked because i moved away from Sime before she talked to me after the vampires but no luck

Hmm, haven't tried taking Sime to spellhold. Maybe she had something to add? It shouldn't affect the characters in Spellhold though.

The Pirate Lord is supposed to commit you to Spellhold if you convince him you are a nutter and need to be confined. He says lots of people have these problems and are still walking around. Then you say something like you feel you are losing your grip and are dangerous.

If there are still no people inside Spellhold, something is fubar.

not taking sime to spellhold talking to her after the vampire attack she has a short dialogue as she walks past you

ok i tried jumping downstairs and nothing down ther now i can enter the portal to go directly to the underdark but

neone know the area codes for the dungeon underneith spellhold i can try jumping down ther and see if any of the scripts pick back up

There is weirdness about that wardstone, but I haven't yet confirmed it's due to BP or some other mod. I reported earlier. CLUA'ing in the stone will trigger the appearance of the Coordinator.

EDIT: no luck coordinator is still nowhere to be seen

Be sure to use a saved game before going into Spellhold building. If you don't have that save, Bad You.

If this still doesn't work, then something else is going on. As noted above, backtrack further, use a saved game that allows you to get committed by the Pirate Lord.

You may even try CLUA the wardstone and save your game there. Don't overwrite another early save in case. Quit and reload the new save and see if Irenicus in disguise greets you. It has something to do with BP appending to top of the script with no continues so everything else gets blocked. The save reload thing sometimes helps because then it will go to the On Creation bit again at reloading.
