For example, in french, "Buffy the Slayer" became "Bichette la Terreur", if it means anything to you

OMG that is hilarious. It's almost as bad as some of the older German translations I've seen. I'm trying to remember which film it is - I think it was "Tora! Tora! Tora!" though I could be wrong - where they actually translated the universal help call "Mayday!" into German. Something like "Frühlingstag!" ("Spring Day!" in English) LOLLERWUTZ?

In Swedish, they translated it to "Buffy och vampyrerna" = Buffy and the vampires. Makes it sound like a really, really bad emo goth band filled with angsty fifteen year olds playing the same three chords over and over.
To update my old confession, I have played the Fallout games now! No Bioshock or Deus Ex, though... Or Assassin's Creed, or Thief. I've technically played Star Craft... for ten minutes before quitting.

I never finished IWD2. It was a big disappointment from what I played. Finished ToB maybe twice, SoA couple of times, BG1 couple of times.
I haven't played them in years.
Forgot, finished IWD once, HoW once, never finished the Trials of the Luremaster add on. I found it boring.

I'm not sure any of us who mod regularly play the game itself anymore. The main reason I boot up the game these days is if I need to test something!

Indeed. The only time I start up the game is run tests on something to make sure it works. But I will do a play thru once done with the mod to test it myself.

Nothing wrong with that. I've seen Anchorman lots and lots of times and I wouldn't mind sitting through it again right now. Some people think it's well....dumb.
