hmmm, I think the problem is in using ~3~.
I use something like a straight :
SET_2DA_ENTRY 34 6 1 3

No it's definitively something else.
I've tried that method (without the tildas) as well and it didn't work either. I guess I'll have to bug Wes about this after all...
