but I would like to know if there are problems Moving on to TOB with TobExe installed (my TobExe version is 0.25)

There is not... well there shouldn't be... if you read the message again, you'll notice this:
I wanted to report back. And say that I fFinished BGII - ToB (v2.5.26498*) with beta26 in the SoA part of the game. There's no problems that I could see in my tests. Moving on to the TOB -part now.
*this goes with the assumption that he uses the game version said in the instructions.... as I don't know, and don't want to know if the mod even install on the solo SoA game(without the ToB). Yep, there's messages and then messages that have half things hidden between the lines... it's sometimes hard, but you can learn to read it all.

Pardon, I had understood that there were problems IN THE TRANSITION between SoA and Tob!!!! 
However your theory about messages that "have half things hidden between the lines"...seems to be interesting
