Not sure about the rating thing... I cant rate any mods either. It might be because we are in the Modder catagory... not sure.

Photoshop plugins work in Paint Shop Pro (and many other images editors).

No idea if this if from version 1.12 or not, but CBCTWBOW.itm has an incorrect feature block offset for its (only) extended header; 6 instead of 4.
This may not be a SoS issue if another mod has altered the file since it was installed, but it's not my install so I can't check.
