Ah, yes, definitely, congrats! Your best thus far, I'd say. 
Some of the yellow colors, mainly on the skirt and the wings, have a dull tint of green to them that seems non-optimal, but otherwise, good job. :]

I would also, should I be colouring a drawing. If I *attempt* to draw from scratch, I start with a background.

Seriously, layers make such details as drawing order and foreground / background quite useless.
A transparent background might be a bit bothersome for the sake of figuring out your lineart, but that's about it.

Actually I was talking how I would push Narra off the cliff but the Avariel has enough murder in herself to push an innocent smaller and cutter copy of herself to her doom
