More than Diablo?
You never know until it hits you...

PS Eh, okay, I know D isn't really a RPG, but you still get me, right?

WoW is on the list...

Okay, WoW theoretically allows one to rp. But the Zelda's are on there.

In my order, I'd probably go with Diablo 2. And then BG and OoT to follow. I used to play OoT for hours.

Meh, this looks more like a popularity contest.

If you click "All Lists," it looks like WoW is actually rated higher? I didn't see it on Top-Rated; maybe it's changed since this morning...

Ditto.

I dread to even make an estimate of how much time I've spent with videogames.

I have played 13 of them, yeah, but only liked 8 of them to go through the game(Fallout 1&2, SW:KotOR, Diablo1&2, Icewind Dale, BG&BG2:SoA+TOB  , Eye of Beholder, Morrowind, Oblivion, Divine Divinity)... ok, I was so young when the Advanced Dungeons & Dragons: Eye of Beholder came out, that I barely had a consept what the Mage was, but still... I played the game, few hours.

Deactivated account. The user today is known as The Imp.

Ultima Online ate 7 years of my life, kept me unemployed for 4 and almost cost me a relationship.
Having said that...I still play BG II and have completed it well into double figures. Maybe 20-30 times now? o_O
I have fond recollections of many of the others, of course.

It's more that I was part of the RP community on Europa. UO provided a great framework for roleplaying - more so than any other MMO that has come since. The engine and skills system lent itself very well - you weren't forced into levelling or grouping with people of a similar level, or grouping at all for that matter - you could just go do your own thing. It was like living a soap opera, only with battles, magic and dragons. Addictive as crack!
