Treetop Smoker: How many swords can a sexy woman carry? Disarming her isn't really useful in a fight I guess she's got plenty more swords it seems :)

 Dont want to alarm you but I have a even more extreme version.......

Here's a long post by me.. it took almost 90 minutes of switching between Notepad and Firefox to get this far and then Halfway there I got distracted by our Airforce that decide to do a nice sonic-boom somewhere closeby. so I had to wonder what the hell that noise was and why I wasn't hearing any sirens or so. Then my neighbour old me it were just two f-16's doing their thing (over a city!!)

Page3
Karandras: I'm sure pleased to meet her :) The nudity "problem" of finding the right clothes has happened to all of us I think while playing Oblivion or in RL (maybe not everyone of us but everyone who uses tatoo's on his or her Character ;))

Karandras: :Tasty: What house mod is that? silorn mannor?

Page4
Karandras: Just had my first visit to SI in quite some time, wow that place is still amazing... I told you so in the las thread didn't I :P (and showed you as well ;) do you use AWS as well because it makes it even better :)

Thank you very much for all the comments :)

2. Its actually the city of Sunev great mod though kinda unfinished.

3. Yes, yes you did tell me :) AWS is on my list of mods to install :)

Spike4072: You haven't posted anything of luna lately and the first thing you do is put her out into the rain :D I wonder what she thinkss of that? (seen picture 2 she's not to happy about it

When I got her out to take shots my mind went blank when trying to think of what she should do. So she is just sitting in the ran waiting for me to have an idea

Spike4072: Where is it ? When I saw your pictures I remembered that I'd been there too with a character, that has retired after saving the empire, but that's ages ago

That is Underpall Cave. It is used in part of KoTN. Here is a map of where it is :)
http://www.uesp.net/...=Underpall Cave

Spike4072: I think it shows that somewhere deep inside she's just an ordinary person. Wait.... I can't belief I just wrote that down about her, scrap that.. :P

It was an unlucky night for all the witnesses on the boat :(

@ Flucidity
Thank you for your comments. :) Your opinions have been both relevant and helpful to me. When I first started playing around with this I really hated the raised look, so I put all my efforts into making them appear as flat as possible. Now that I can make them appear flat, I find myself reluctant to abandon the stick-ons. Go figure?

My original intention was for realistic looking tattoos combined with primitive body painting, and I still think this is the direction I should go in. "The Swatch, or Splattering shot" I felt had an artsy campish look to it, not entirely unattractive, but probably doesn't belong in the game. The same image when applied flat has a painted on look. If I can get the colouring right, I think I can make it look as if it were finger painted in blood, which would be a good fit for primitive body painting. My real complaint with the raised look is that they become a focal point, and therefore diminish the character they are meant to enhance. You can see a little of that in this pic. The tattoos on the body are raised, but the tattoos on the arm are totally flat. The scorpion on the tummy becomes a focal point, whereas the tats on the arm blend in - they are there but they don't jump out at you.

If I abandon the raised look completely, it would allow me to focus all my attention on the things that I consider to be of primary importance, and in the end hopefully lead to a better mod. I don't see this mod as something to be used by a player who is already modding their textures. It is for the people who would like to add tattoos but don't want to get into setting up custom races or mess around with textures.

Anyway, do I take it correctly that you are voting to keep my stickies out of Cyrodiil?

@ Yorkmaster
Thanks. I'm starting to think that role playing with enchanted tattoos might be the most significant thing about it. I applaud you in your efforts to comment. I wish I had it in me to do more of that, as there are so many pics on this thread that deserve praise.

last but not least, a belated happy birthday to Treetop, I hope you had a good one.

I truly feel you should do what you feel is best :) Your reasons for making them an item a player can just equip, and not have to worry about normal maps, switching out body textures, matching head and hand color to body textures, too much detail, not enough, custom characters, the googly eye problem, the CS (and it's own set of complaints), ad infinitum ...are good ones. You are WRONG, I think they're great and will definitely be an excellent addition to Cyrodil's list of excellent mods. Besides that, I can put them over the top of mine!

I think the flat look is great, however, I'm pretty convinced that a SLIGHTLY raised effect for SOME tattoos makes them more detailed. As to whether they grab the attention of the people who look at them, that depends on where it is on the body, how big it is, color, etc.

Real Life keeps getting inthe way, and I keep falling behind. Ah well, it's gonna be sort of a long post.

@ KadajX - Very angelic.
Love what you've done with the Dark Seducer outfit. Gives it just a little different pizzazz.
I like the chrome bed. And as long as those sheets were flexible enough, I think it'd be fairly nice for sleeping in on a hot summer's night.
Nice looking leopard-print outfit. :) Any chance of you telling what it's from?
But isn't he just a darling little devil?
Beautiful dragon print on the front of his robe

@ Radicus - This looks almost like a photograph of a real place.
Lovin' the little story clips :)
Nice job . :) And another potential way for her to drive the guards of Cyrodiil nuts. ;) (poor guards)
Intriguing
Looks like they both decided to run away at the same time :)

@ RGM2 - Dancing with blades in a dimly lit dungeon.

@ Lady Blue - Interesting look to that shield. Can't decide whather it looks covered in snow, powder, or is fuzzy.
A slight case of heartburn. ;) (He looks great) :)
Is that from Slof's Robe Trader?

@ Ryu Doppler - Perhops he was given the wrong beverage.
The colours on this reminded me of Boba Fett's outfit. :)

@ DFSL - Proof that one can use clothing for other body mods. Well, as long as one doesn't mix it up too much. :)

@ Rumpleteasza - Very nice. I like the contrast of colours between your character and the rest of the shot.

@ Yorkmaster - I almost feel sorry for those Dremora. Almost. (They should know better than to sneak up on someone with that powerful a weapon)
Hazards of ignoring the Keep Out signs.

@ Spike4072 - Interesting outfits, and somehow vaguely familiar.
Maybe a slight dark red tint on the fur ends?
Did you tweak Luna? Or is age makeing my memory faulty?
Tag! You're it!

@ Darziak - Always good to just sit back and enjoy the scenery once in a while.
YAY!! Well do I know the suckitude of having to rebuild characters. Look forward to your getting the other group together again as well. :)
I like Zhenk. He needs a fan club.
Boy, first the doctor comes to Cyrodiil in the Tardis, and now his arch-nemesis is there too.
I think Zhenk's straight to the point attitude is what I really like best about him. :)

@ jaxson - An the joys of being able to use two weapons in battle. Really keeps the other side on their toes. :)

@ Treetop Smoker - Really like the purplish lighting in this one :)
The most dangerous of the bunch being right in the front
Is she still able to sit down with all those?

@ Karandras - Very cool :)
This outfit looks pretty dern neat from the back. Got any shots from the front?

@ ChaironDeCeleste - Looks like a bright, pretty, and fairly harmless place. How long will it last...

@ JazzJR - That dialogue is great!
Cool shot. Love the background and lighting the SI gate provides.

@ oldmanpoo - Next visit, tip the maid serivce better :P

@ VanOa - Estel looks rather relaxed :)

Chiglet: The winged dremora are coming... be afraid be very afraid! Do you ever do something besides making new characters because all we ever see are sewer exit shots :) I know I like to make new characters every now and then too, but I hardly find time to play with them,( I think I got somewhere around ten saves in the sewers and I don't use em. which is a pity

Well, there are actually a few there that are out of the sewers. :) Mostly in thumbnails though. My save-games were actually all corrupted after I did that reinstall, so right now I'm concentrating on resurrecting a few of my faves. Buttercup, Set, amd Takka are brand new though. I've got a couple different textures for the Dremora and needed to figure out what folders exactly I had things in. And, the sewer exit has some of the best lighting that I've found in the game so far. Boring location though, I know. I actually do have plenty of shots away from the sewr, just have to get to posting htem. :)

Finally, for a probably not so challenging challenge,...
Any modders out there want to make any of these? Was window shopping after work the other day, saw the first in a store-front window, and thought it would be cool to see it in Oblivion. I'd love to see it for Exnems (a - That's the body mod I use, and b - That's the body shape this store tends to cater to. :) So, I went and searched their site for pics. :) Also found some footwear while I was there, so if anyone wants, here's the links.

I think Zhenk's straight to the point attitude is what I really like best about him. :)

Especially when mods make it look good.
Well I had to do it at some point otherwise I'd never have the proper backup. :)
Zhenk has some undead friends, it's just that I havn't been able to make a proper base yet, thier borrowing another necromancers place for now.
 I had a funny feeling that somone would make a comment including Dr. Who.
When Godric brought back life into Zhenk he didn't manage to give him a good enough voice (better than most other necromancers zombies that can only manage to go uughh) so Zhenk can only speak in short sentences.

Finally, for a probably not so challenging challenge,...

Welcome to the forum Shadow85 :) In the future it would be really nice if when you make a post without any pictures you put it in the comments thread, the pictures thread tends to move quite fast so comments will get lost in it.

As for the Ninja outfits what ones do you mean? I'm sure someone would be happy to point you in the right direction.

For your question about QTP3 only some people do and some don't. It's really just what the person wants and can do.

ARGH!!! I've been at school for too long! Thanksgiving break can't come quick enough! I have sooo many ideas!!
As usual, I have no new screenshots. :( But it seems everyone here is still busy. Once again, everyone here has such amazing and creative screenshots.

Just a couple that I thought were cool:

Rumpleteasza:
Beautiful character, with a beautiful scenic background to go with!

VanQa:
Very cool character. The dragon tatoo adds alot to her oriental feel.

Thank you for the birthday wishes on Nov. 1st everybody... even though I wasn't here...

Thanks. That outfit was based on something from a starwars game I think. May have seen it there.

Luna normally has a ponytail but that helmet came with hair so I colored it to match hers so it looks like she put her hair down to fit into the helmet.

@ Flucidity
I just read your edit and I thank you for your support. I still think my tats require more work. I'm doing a lot of experimenting, some ideas work and others don't. I'm still learning, and some things I am learning from you. I'm going to raise them SLIGHTLY and see what it gives me.

@ Chiglet
I can't give you a definitive answer, but with any other program where I've done a reinstall, data files have not been overwritten. If that is the case with Oblivion I don't know.

When I reinstall Oblivion it is usually because my mods have screwed things up, so I selectively reinstall the ones I want and leave out all the ones I was just trying out.

and thanks for the comments, I always like to read your posts
