So I was listening to some good oldies from Mötley Crüe... And this sounds not one bit like any of them. .p


It feels still a bit unfinished, so I labeled it a Work In Progress, but eh, I'm kinda stuck with it so this is probably as finished as it gets.

Cool! It's really nice! Addicting rythm! I like it! Maybe i'd suggest you to work on the drums sound. The hi-hat maybe would be better if you'd increace some middle and remove some high tones. Try playing with the equalizer (or with the drums setup) but don't overkill it! Well, i'm no expert, just suggesting.

Btw, i see you've posted more songs while i was away! My favorite from the previous ones is the wicked fairy tales. It's sound is closer to my liking!
It gives me a wicked gothic like feeling, maybe a little repetitive but it's cool! Good work!

Yeah, i'd say the last one is more doomy. Btw, don't worry too much about the drums, it's not that bad, actually, it's fine. It's usually hard for us (guitarists) to set the drums sound correctly. Mainly because we focus on the guitar. lol haha!

MMmmm, i'd say it's fine for doomy. But i find it somewhat monotonous on the first half. @_@ I like very much the part where it change from the one main melody to the other somewhere over the middle of it, and I find more interesting and mysterious the second part.

I'm worrying because i don't get any further comments too (except by you of course lol). C'mon people! We need support!

'A Land Far Away'

It's something of a merrier piece than my previes works, more new-ageish I'd say. I call it WIP cause my original idea for it was ~15 minutes divided into multiple sections with different moods and such, but eh, I'm stuck, so W/E. .p

Nice! I think the title is a good choice for the song, it really gives me that feeling. Well, since you plan to divide it, you should adjust the ending... because it stops somewhat weird. (due to the fact that it's not meant to be the ending?)

Yeah, that's the idea; to write some 10-12 minutes of music that'll continue from the end; the piece here would be part 1/?. ^^

Good job. I would suggest a small volume adjustment in the first 20 seconds or so as it suddenly jumps up a few notches but other than that it was very nice.
